Goat Yoga

Not your traditional yoga class, goat yoga is a great way to get out of your head, try something new and interact with silly, adorable goats!

Class will combine the known therapeutic effects of spending time with animals with the physical and mental benefits of yoga.

Think of it as an animal therapy assisted yoga class! During class we will move through a yoga sequence designed to complement the goats wandering freely around as they nuzzle, cuddle or maybe even jump up on you. We will finish with time for extra cuddles and pictures.

Info For Vendors

Local farmers, homesteaders and crafters can set up at Idle Creek on the 3rd Saturday of each month for no charge.
